The Earth To Table Collective is an umbrella organization with many branches working to recreate a regenerative future and fight for systemic change. We believe in the importance of reciprocity with the land, supporting local farms & being of service to our community. In response to the government shut down and the with-holding of SNAP benefits, our wonderful team Sophie Roads, Vanessa Tavernetti, Adriane Kells, Ramon Parish, Kaitlin Groth, and Nathan Min started this initiative; not only as an emergency response, but as a slow growing, sustainable solution to our failing food systems, on campus and beyond.

By recognizing the purposefully hidden gaps between colonialism, globalization, class, racism, and climate issues, our collective aims to make change not just in one area of the issue, but many areas.

Hands-on, experiential learning and education is one of our many goals. This initiative is intended to unite the divide between Naropa University and the agricultural and business world of Boulder. Students will now have direct contacts for internships, volunteer hours, and personal relationships with the amazing people who grow, create, and even cook our food.

Our incredible partners; Uproot, Red Wagon Farm, Cure Organics, Croft Family Farm, Benevolence Farm, Moxie Bread CO,  Jacob Springs Farm, and Bjorn Honey are dedicated to providing for the community and in return, our community is giving back. By allowing them to sustain their operation, students have the opportunity to develop essential skills such as bread making, beekeeping, and regenerative farming.

This Organization is a model for other institutions to shift from the global and capitalized world of food and agriculture, to the small, local food systems that work in harmony with the land and each other.
